Most parental control apps are built around one idea: restrict, monitor, and hope it holds. That approach turns a household into a surveillance operation and treats screen time as something to be policed rather than earned. We wanted a different starting point - a system where a child's screen time and pocket money are tied directly to the responsibilities they've actually completed, so the conversation shifts from "give me my phone back" to "I did my chores".
ScreenTasker is the first product built on that idea. It won't be the last - Parensys exists to keep building systems that make family life fairer and calmer, not just more monitored.
It's a baseline. Sensitive family data is end-to-end encrypted wherever practical, so it isn't readable by us, let alone anyone else.
Rules should be transparent and consistent for everyone in the family, not a one-way lock a child can't see the logic behind.
